CO - DIGITAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

The Digital Project Development Specialist is part of the Digital Project Team and is the owner of the development of Etro E - Commerce backend projects.

Key Activities:

• Analyze, collect and define business requirements, especially related to OMS system;
• Convey and explain business requirements to the system integrator;
• Coordinate and follow the projects from the requirement collection to the project delivery;
• Execute E2E test;
• Managing project ordinary and extraordinary activities, establishing relationship with different stakeholders ( Etro Finance Department, Etro IT retail Department, System Integrator, external providers);
• Address techincal issuesbased on their business impact;
• Train international and regional teams on new E-Commerce functionalities, especially related to OMS system;
• Coordinate and monitor E-Commerce and Farfetech Prive Flow, processing files to share with the marketplace;
• Manage and monitor Digital Division BUdgeting activities, coordinating with the Internal Finance department and the External Providers.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, computer engineering, management engineering or related;
• Minimum 2 - 3 years in similar role;
• Prior experience in E - Commerce department of a Luxury Company is a Plus;
• Experience in using FluentCommerce OMS System or other OMS System
