ETRO is looking for a Client Advisor in our Flagship Store in Milan Montenapoleone.

Job Description:

To provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitating the sale of RTW and accessories for men and women. You will act in line with the company's sales philosophy and service standards and within the framework of the guidelines received periodically from the boutique manager;

- Contribute to the achievement of assigned sales targets by providing appropriate customer service through timely and correct understanding of needs and by conveying expert knowledge of products, fittings and trends;

- Constantly monitor own sales performance, noting areas for improvement and strengths;

- Ensure customer reception, assistance and guidance during the purchasing process, maintaining a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction;

- Participate in and contribute operationally to special projects such as promotions or in-store events;

- Ensure the correct display of the product in the shop window and on the sales floor, maintaining the care and order of the shop.

- Participate in warehouse activities (receipt and storage of goods, inventories).

Key Requirements

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury

• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies

• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude

• Ability to adapt to different customers

• Team-playing aptitude

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

 Knowledge of a second foreign language will be an asset.
