For our store in Las Rozas Village we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager

Job Description

To act as a leader in the store, supporting the Store Manager in the development of the business, optimizing the profitability of the store and total satisfaction among clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the Store Manager
  • Support the Store Manager in guiding the team
  • Promote a positive and professional team environment
  • Participate in recruitment, evaluation and retaining a high performing team
  • In accordance with the Store Manager, ensure the appropriate staff plan and coverage in the store by providing an efficient coverage instore
  • Support administration tasks and reporting
  • Guarantee the correct application of the Etro Customer Experience by using effectively the selling techniques to maximize sales
  • Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
  • Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
  • Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies

Ability to drive and exceed individual and store result, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude

Ability to adapt to different customers

Team-playing aptitude

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Deep passion for fashion and luxury

Fluent in English
