Job description
TEMPORARY POSITION
SCOPE
The candidate has to support the planning, developing and execution of the merchandising strategy for OUTLET.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, product development, IT.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Collection Planning:
Support the merchandising team in the selection and planning of seasonal collections based on market trends, consumer needs, and sales performance.
Pricing Strategy:
Coordinate with merchandising and IT to create the geopricing.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
Analysis:
Track sales performance of the collection, identifying top-performing products and underperformers.
Review seasonal sell through weekly – share reports with the team and create action plans around sales vs stock available.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on collection success, opportunities for improvement, and adjustments.
Product Allocation:
Review incoming stock from boutiques for future seasons – identify missing categories.
Product Analysis:

PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, a passion for fashion or product design, and strong analytical skills to continuously analyze the sales trend.
