Job description
HR Retail Specialist
Etro is looking for an HR Generalist who will manage the HR Retail processes concerning the staff working in specific European countries: Italy, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain.
Reporting to the HR Manager, he/she will be responsible for all the HR Management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment
Management of recruitment of Retail and Corporate Staff. Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
- Operation
Interfacing with Boutique Directors, Area Managers and the main Retail partners, he/she will manage the HR processes of the stores and headquarter’ staff, from hiring to termination of the employment relationship with the employee. He/she will carry out training for the onboarding of new hires. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Career and Development
He/she will implement the evaluation and development processes with the HR Manager and HR Director. He /she will manage career paths.
- Administration
Correct use of the archive.
Use and maintenance of the HR Softwares.
Support in the creation and communication of procedures and Regulations.
Key Requirements
• Degree in economics or social science
• Previous experience in the HR Retail
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent relationship and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactivity and autonomy
• Attitude to work in a team
